Shipping policy

Orders will typically be shipped out 5–7 business days after orders placed, other than items specifically stating an alternate ship date on their detail page. 

Orders placed in April and May will be delayed in production and shipping due to this being the busiest time in the NASCAR season for our production facility, 

Because all of our apparel is custom-embroidered to the customer's specifications, NONE of our custom-embroidered apparel is eligible for a return or refund.

Please email store@smiproperties.com for questions and concerns. All applicable returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns can ONLY be made if the items are received damaged or incorrect from what was ordered.
